Hundreds of Ilocano jobseekers and labor stakeholders gather today, May 1, to celebrate Labor Day at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.

Various activities were slated, such as the Wreath Laying in Honor of Father of Philippine Labor Movement Isabelo Delos Reyes; Kadiwa ng Pangulo Para sa Mga Manggagawa; Awarding of Government Services; and job fair.

Over 6,000 jobs are offered today in Vigan City, pooled from 78 participating employers.

Three other job fairs are being simultaneously held in other venues in the region: Magic Mall in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan; Orbos Gym in Santa Barbara, Pangasinan; and Provincial PESO Building, Lingayen, Pangasinan.
